Story Idea I had. Posting it here because no idea if I'll actually write it or not.
Title: My Little Crow (tentative)
Category: crossover (possibly dark?)
Main Character: Night Glider
Supporting Character: Coco Pommel (sort of)
They say that when a pegasus dies, a crow carries it soul to the afterlife. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it, and the soul can't rest. When that happens, then sometimes, just sometimes, a crow can bring that soul back to make things right.
It has been one year since the burning down of The Midsummer Revival Theater. One year since Coco Pommel and Night Glider were found dead outside the burnt remains, having been severally beaten (and possibly raped). One year with no arrests being made for either crime.
Returning from the dead, Night Glider remembers the terrible night, and is filled with grief and rage. Not at what happened to her, but at what happened to her beloved Coco. How could anypony hurt a mare that was so sweet, so innocent, so gentle? Haunted by the memories and fueled by her pain, Night Glider stalks the night, seeking out the ponies responsible and taking her revenge on them.
The ponies that killed Coco Pommel will die, and the last thing they will see is Night Glider's ash covered face.
