I have Flim and Flam's manestyle. Well, the coloring at least.
It actually was never intended to be like that. Back when I first created the whole Fire Soul ponysona, I envisioned the mane and tail in an entirely different way. The colors were the same, but it was supposed to have a kind of streaked look to it. Red with white streaks here and there. Obviously, the pony editor I used couldn't allow for that, so I had to settle. It wasn't until today's episode that I realized they had the exact same coloring. I actually can't picture the mane and tail being colored in a different pattern now. Doesn't seem appropriate.
I'm not sure how to feel about that.
The confusion for me compounds with the fact that I came up with my ponysona waaaaay back when season 1 had finished, but season 2 hadn't even started yet. So that means that I came up with the Flim and Flam mane and tail coloring before it was con artist-cool. I mean, whatever I guess, but it's still kinda weird.
