Legend of Everfree, a.k.a. "Justice League of Equestria!"

Not only are the girls taking on a new nature-controlling antagonist, but they're now getting super powers! YES PLEASE! So far, according to the preview, we have:

Rainbow Dash as The Flash (The Dash?): We see her super-speeding into a wall (I'm sure she meant to do that) with a rainbow contrail behind her.

Pinkie Pie as Nightcrawler or The Human Bomb (Party Popper?): After she makes the assertion that they're getting new abilities, we see her apparently making something go boom in a puff of magic smoke. Whether this is a Nightcrawler-style teleporting *bamf* or a true explosion is a bit up in the air, although signs in the comedic aftermath of the boom suggest the latter.

Fluttershy as Aquaman (Zoopath?): We see both of Fluttershy's arms crammed with birds as they all flock to perch there, leading us to believe that she has some kind of influence over animals (more than usual, that is). Whether this translates to all animals or just birds remains to be seen.

Twilight Sparkle (Sci-Twi) as Phoenix (Midknight?) We see her levitating her bed, Spike's basket, and a number of other items akin to telekinesis. Whether or not more magic will emerge is unknown, though it's been implied that Twi will be having to deal with her "Midnight Sparkle" persona again, so who knows?

Rarity as Invisible Girl (Champleve?): We see Rarity accidentally do a force-push with a gem-shaped energy shield. Whether this is the extent of her energy-shaping ability or not is currently unknown. The fact that the shield appears segmented implies that she can create a fully encompassing field or perhaps multiple small shields from different angles.

Applejack and Sunset are not seen powered up in the preview, but I fully expect AJ to demonstrate super strength at some point (Mighty Oak?). As for Sunset, I don't know, maybe solar or fire powers (Firebird?); although if we're going to glimpse Midnight Sparkle again, than Daydream Shimmer is sure to follow.

More than likely, Twily and Sunny won't have superpowers so much as general magic ability, effectively making them Doctors Strange and Fate.

Finally, I imagine a post credit scene where the girls meet Starlight Glimmer's human counterpart, an Agent of S.P.E.L.L., who promptly recruits them to join the Harmony Initiative...
