Renewed Desire and Inspiration · 1:10am Jul 11th, 2016
Hey everyone. I have this terrible habit of posting and talking about how I had all these spurts of inspiration to write, but they mostly turned out to lead to ideas about Epiphany I didn't like. I'm here to break that tradition of false hope. I finally discovered something while I was looking at the app store. You're going to think I'm a complete idiot, but I found this game called, “Demi Lovato: Path to Fame.” I downloaded it and have been playing it a lot. It's quite the roller coaster ride with emotions and it likes to trick you into things you don't really want to do.
Anyway, let me get to the point. It turned me on to Demi Lovato, so I started looking into her music. I've listened to all of her most recent album and am working on listening to the older ones now too. I had been looking at her popular music videos and I thought they were pretty great. Then I saw the music video for Stone Cold. I will link to the video as well as the version she did at a live performance. That song and music video pushed me into writing and, as such, I have half a chapter written. The second half of a chapter. I am currently in the process of trying to get the first half written now and I will send it to my usual pre-reader if they'll still do it for me. If it takes them too long to do it, I'll probably find someone else to pre-read.
To be perfectly honest, it wasn't just a lack of inspiration. I've been having serious spouts of really bad depression and anxiety, but I am trying to get that worked through. I'm so sorry that I let it affect my writing and posting on here. I know people have been looking forward to Epiphany part three and it really is on the way.
The 73 of you who have stuck with me through this hiatus are really awesome and amazing. Thank you so much. It means so much to me to know that there are those who look forward to seeing my stories updated and look forward to new stories by me. As soon as I finish Epiphany, I hope to continue start on a new project. I've also been tossing around the idea of completely rewriting The Cave and also adding to Those Moments.
You're all amazing people. Thank you again for hanging around!

P.S. Here are the two versions of Stone Cold. It was the live version that really pushed me to become an actual fan. Demi Lovato has an amazing voice and she really can back that claim during live performances. She also gets so into her performances and that tells me she's someone worth following.
