    Apologies to my Readers

I must really apologize that my sixth installment of Committed! has been a no-show for so long. Things for me have been quite chaotic behind the scenes, including being sick off and on for the past two weeks. But things are improving, so that I can focus on writing for all you wonderful ponies once more. I assure you that the sixth installment is not far off, as I have completed half of

    Episode One Edit: Complete!

I feel so accomplished today! At last, I finished editing my first chapter so that it can match the rest of the story's epicness! As I went through the unedited version, I felt kind of sick to my stomach. I realized that THIS was the reason my story isn't getting many views, favorites, or comments. The first chapter as it was, in my opinion, literally crappy, and I apologize for such crappy

    Major Edit for the Pilot

I recently started going through my first chapter in order to make it past tense like the rest of my story. Plus there are so many mistakes, and it's rather embarrassing that I missed so many! But I'm sprucing it up quite a bit for first-time readers. Even if you've been following Committed! from the beginning, then you're more than welcome to take a look at its improvements!

    About Darn Time...

I apologize for the delay in the fourth iteration of Committed!. I guess I was more ambitious than I could handle, as I planned for it to be about 11,000 words. However, I realized that editing that would take absolutely forever. So I pulled a Halo 2 and made it a two-parter. Don't worry, Part 2 will be released soon, but it still needs quite a bit of editing. At first I did want to make

Thoughts on Episode Four · 4:26am Sep 8th, 2012

First of all, I would like to give a proper thanks to everypony who took a look at my story, whether you ended up liking it or not. Only problem with that is that I can't...
Because my words cannot describe the elation that I feel that even one of you took even a minute of your time to immerse yourself in my story. Thank you all so much, and if my writing becomes popular, it will always be because of you. Keep in mind that your suggestions do influence how I write Committed!, and that they are much appreciated.

You all deserve to know that... well, this week has been... let's be honest--one of the worst weeks for me in a while. Needless to say, it has affected my pace of writing and editing quite a bit. I realized that tomorrow is Saturday and I have less than 3,000 words for Episode Three done. I planned for this chapter to be about 9,000 to 10,000 words. Yes, it will be a bulky chapter, but it will be filled with meaningful discussion, discovery, and best of all: action! Fortunately, shortly after finishing Episode Three, I got to majorly refine my plot outline for Episodes Four and Five. In that department, at least, I feel accomplished.

Plus, to anypony who cares, I am planning some new cover art for Committed! that will be ready and posted for Episode Five. This installment will be a big turning point that I'm sure you will love, whether you're new to my story or not. I've got big things planned for it and I can pull it off right only with your collective help.

Keep the feedback coming everypony! I love you all, and good night!

P.S. if you have a couple minutes of free time, check out my Twitter page: @CanvasShade for tidbits on the next Episode!
Feel free to leave comments and suggestions there--as long as they're constructive and sensible, of course. In the great words of the New Mombasa Superintendent: KEEP IT CLEAN
