Thoughts on my first submission... · 2:14pm Sep 5th, 2012
As anyone reading this probably knows, I posted The Best Way to Listen just yesterday. Being my first submission to any kind of public forum with a piece of my own writing, I was nervous. I got a great review from someone and it really bolstered my confidence! I mean, I've gotten good friend reviews before, but the problem with those is you don't have a really accurate idea of how honest they're being, so I really appreciated the review.
Anyone itching for more fiction, there is some on the way. I only really feel creative in bursts, usually when something inspires me to write. A little behind the scenes on TBWtL, I got the inspiration for it from a PMV (I'm not saying the name of the song. I don't particularly like the song and it's a bit embarrassing,) that had clips from the Iron Pony competition between Rainbow Dash and Applejack. I was inspired to write it, and I did!
I can't guarantee all of my stuff will be as fluffy, or the same length. It all really depends on the inspiration for it. My favorite, top 5 Ponies are Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Derpy, Scootaloo, and Twilight Sparkle.
I have no clue what else I'm gonna use this blog for besides the THRILLING INSIDE SCOOP into my development process for various stories. Unless I see that a lot of people really want to learn about Anonymous Internet Brony #600,000 then I'll probably devote it exclusively to story info.
Well! I think that's quite enough rambling from me. You should be reading my story(ies)! Enjoy them!
Peace.
