New Problems and Uncertainty

Well hello everypony! It's...been quite the while hasn't it? I'm sure a blog was not what you were hoping for...but perhaps I can find some solution to help with certain problems. So why has it been so long since I updated my story when I said it shouldn't take too long? There IS a reason, and I think you have a right to know. So before I began releasing the new and improved chapters of my story, I had found a volunteer to become my editor and check my chapters before I released them. Everything was going great...until certain events began playing out in their lives. I won't go into details because that's their personal life, but my editor has been feeling...down, and after the last chapter that was released they had acquired a new job that has been taking up a lot of time. So basically he can't find the time to edit my work, or even work on his own stories, and I'm a very patient person so I can wait, but I don't want to make everybody else wait so I'm a bit conflicted on what to do. So I am wondering on whether I should upload the chapters as they are right now and update them with the editors edited versions whenever they get back to me, or I am going to need to find a new editor who can help me. My current editor doesn't do a bad job, but as they don't have much time to work on writing anymore, I don't feel comfortable knowing that they also have to use what spare time they have to work on my story. So that's my situation right now, I really want to get those chapters out, but I don't know how to go about it right now. I hope I can find an answer soon and get those chapters out, but until then I'm going to sitting here tearing my hair off of my head thinking about this.
