My School doesn't understand what a Fan Fiction is.

So apparently a story I wrote for a school assessment task had some 'plagiarizing content'.
This has been going on for about a week, but just to recap.
My English teacher thought that using the Characters from the show was plagiarism. (I proved her wrong by showing her all the "plagiarism" on this website. She grew silent as I scrolled through the stories.
My teacher then went on to copy a descriptive paragraph of my story and told me "See! You plagiarized!" I then quickly scrolled down to show her how many stories had the paragraph. She grew silent once again. This time I told her to do some research before she accused me again.
4 days later she comes back and says "I got a paragraph showing that this is illegal, straight from a website!"
I then copied the paragraph, pasted it into google and said "Now, THIS is how you use google."
Surprise surprise, nothing showed up.

THAT IS HOW YOU DUNK A TEACHER!
