How are all of you doing? Me myself, are doing terrificly good.
As I've stated in earlier blog post's comments, I'll be taking a break from writing fics when my latest fic gets up on this side, which it did like a half hour ago or so.
Then, what am I gonna do this whole time, you might ask.
My answer; Catching up on some game history! That's right, you heard it!
A month back or so, I saw a documentary on the history of iD Software, the creators of the Doom and Quake franchises.
HOLY BUCK how little I really knew about a company that has been a big part of my childhood.
So, I'm gonna play some of the games they've made that I have yet to experience. I've always loved Doom I & II and somewhat 3. So I think that the Quake series and Heretic, HeXen will be a fun expereince as well.
''But Heesman, how are you gonna get your hands on such retro games? They're, like, ancient ;_;''
Well, I could go all around the internett and download all of the games illegally, ooooor...
...I could pay Steam ~€93 (€3,875 each) and get the ''Super iD Software pack'' containing 24 games from iD Software.
