What is based on What in my Fallout: Equestria stories

Since I'm sure some are curious, and since not all of them are 100% obvious, here you go. This does not include things like the NCR, only what I've created.

Wasteland Jewel:

The Crimson Empire is Caesar's Legion:

Okay, this one probably shouldn't be a huge surprise, while admittedly they're slightly more high tech than the Legion (there are reasons for this, I'll get into them later), but the Legion was the primary inspiration for the Empire.

The Southern Alicorns are the East Coast Super Mutants:

Again, probably shouldn't be a huge surprise, when going into this one I wanted to include Alicorns not connected to the Goddess, so I came up with the idea of the Southern Alicorns. This will be expanded upon later.

The Burning Pony Ghouls are the Burning Man... sort of:

Okay, this isn't completely true, more like I got the name from him. Whether or not Joshua Graham will have an actual equivalent is my little secret.

Black Sun is Lanius:

Okay, so he isn't as cut up or wear a mask in the image of the god of war, Black Sun very much fills Lanius' role, which will become more obvious later.

The Typhon is the Prydwyn:

Yeah, this was something I threw in for fun, I wanted to make some sort of equivalent to it, and, yeah.

Hidden Legacy:

Stable 112 is a mixture of Vaults 108, 111, and 112:

While to a lesser extent than its inspirations, Stable 112 is a mixture of genetic testing, magical stasis, and virtual reality. The only real difference is that it was limited to 6 Ponies, and, you know, not so much with the slasher movie rip-off or the Garies.

New Pegasus is New Vegas:

Okay, that one is pretty obvious, not really sure why I bothered to include it. The only real difference is that the fanfic will have less emphasis on full scale war.

The Tartarus Gate is Gomorrah:

Okay, have you ever tried to come up with Pony equivalents to locations? Its really freakin' hard, so honestly for the Casinos I pretty much just gave them new names.

The Chairponies and the Omaretas are the Chairmen and Omertas:

Okay, again, kind of obvious, honestly I wasn't really trying with those names, but its what I went with.

The Raras are the Kings:

Yeah, that shouldn't be a huge surprise, I was trying to figure out what would be the best to include (without going with say, the Queens), and my friend Aceina suggested the Raras.

Rain Runner is the Lone Survivor:

Well, sort of, while the idea of her being genetically engineered was of my own design, the Lone Survivor was the primary inspiration for her character.

The Double Diamond is the Tops:

Yeah, not really sure where I got that from, but its what I went with.

Fallout Equestria: Renegades

Fallout Equestria: Lost Cove

Mount Pleasant Island is Mount Desert Island:

Yeah, I'm really bad at coming up with alternate names I admit, but it should be kind of obvious anyway.

Lost Cove is Far Harbor:

Well, you haven't seen it yet, but I might as well get it over with.

Pon! is Vim!

Well, that was basically a given, I just had to give it a pony name, if anyone's curious its pronounced like Pony without the letter y.

Equivalents:

Pon Princess' Blend: Vim Captain's Blend
Pon Rejuvenate: Vim Refresh
