I was just wondering, after posting a monsterous comment on another author's story (length not attitude), I found myself hosting a very long and detailed conversation with a mental construct modelled after them for a good thirty minutes. The problem is, I realise that this is not the first, nor probably last, time I've done this.
What's your thoughts FiM Fiction? Don't be shy to give your opinion, I appreciate honesty over unnecesary kindness.

Right away I can say that you're not alone, but neither I nor the partition of my mind that has taken the form of Twilight Sparkle sitting next to me can figure something out...
A mental construct modelled after the... what, exactly?

Sorry for the typo, my mind was quite cluttered. It seems to have cleared up now, with my thoughts being composed of concepts as opposed to constructs. And I meant to type "the aforementioned author".
And you're lucky your construct has form, mine are creepy voices (that sound nothing like me) if even that.
Tell Twilight I said ~squee!~ for me, eh?

Closest thing to her reaction when we read your comment.
A voice conversation with another person. That sounds more similar to times that I imagine a conversation with my friend any time there's something I want to tell him but he's not around to hear. The same happens any time I'm imagining a conversation with someone, especially if the topic is dramatic.
Perhaps your case is somewhere in between the two phenomena I mentioned?

Yep, pretty much nailed it there, although it's kinda silly now as my mind is (nice and) quiet.
