What kind of website is Fimfiction?

I've been curious for a while, could Fimfiction be counted as a social media website? I mean, we're being social, but I'm still not sure.

I apologize for the very non-silly nature of my blog posts, I'll probably do something humorous later.
But seriously, Is this a social media website?

If that black bar at the bottom of the page considers any part of Steam social media, then I see no reason why FimFiction wouldn't also count. That said, it's kinda funny that the only "social media" I use doesn't have that as its primary feature. (Yes, I just said that. I'm just on FimFiction and Steam.)
