Shinedown is, to my opinion, one of the better bands out there. They make music about personal and global problems, same as my favourite band, Disturbed. The guitarist, the bassist and the drummer are good enough for me, but the vocal range of the singer, Brent Smith, and how well he can portray the themes of their songs with his voice... that' s the shit mate.
Disturbed is making waves lately, but Shinedown stays hidden away in the shadows a bit, if you ask me.

The band Perry. They're a country band who puts out great music but are 99 Times out of 100 beat out for nominations they get. If you've ever heard If I Die Young you know who they are.
