How Can A Huge School Fire Possibly Start? · 4:24am Jan 20th, 2016
Hopefully this doesn't scare anyone, but how can a huge school fire start? Like, big and spreads really quick? I'm in a little idea that I'm turning into a (surprise, surprise) story! And it starts out with a harmful school fire. I just need to think of something particularly believable that can erupt the school in flames, and could be disastrous within minutes.
If you want to know a little more why, it's gonna involve a rescue. Getting out, but then getting right back in. Any ideas?

It has intentionally started or accidently?
Well my school has been on fire twice
First time: One of the students smoking.
Second time: It was hit by lightning
Shop class next to the chemistry lab where volatile acids are being used and are reacting with flammable material. The acids catch the material on fire, one student panics and chucks it out the door, hitting one of the larger wooden projects, igniting it. The flames spread to the rest of the shop class and make their way outside as students flee in terror.
This was not from personal experience or anything.
Somehow, the gas to one of the Bunsen burners in the chemistry lab isn't turned off all the way and slowly leaks gas into the room. When the students leave, the gas spreads to the hallway.. A student in the bathroom nearby flicks on a lighter to sneak a cigarette and... FIRE!
