A visitor's guide to how my user page is set up

Hello. This is a short explanation for whoever may visit my user page and wonders how I have decided to sort stories and other things here.

At the top there is my Top Ten Favorites. These are the stories that I liked the most of all stories I have read here and range from best (the first story in the first section) to the tenth best (the last story in the second section). One thing to note is that I do not take any prequels, sequels or side stories into account when ranking these stories, It is based on my thoughts on those particular stories alone.

Under the Top Ten I have a box where I showcase some stories that I really liked reading and recommend others to read as well. However I do acknowledge that different people may have different tastes and therefore I will not feature any stories that focus too heavily on one of the more extreme tags such as Dark, Mature or Random.

Under that I showcase a couple of my bookshelves which I will talk about more later and under that there is a chat where I would like more people to hang out since I really like to converse.

On the sidebar I have a short bio about myself. Who I am, what I like and some other facts about me that may or may not interest visitors of this page. I usually try to keep it somewhat up to date, mostly. Under that there is a list of all the fimfiction users that I follow. Most of them are authors that I like and have read several stories from but a few are friends I have made trough this site or the brony community.

Under that I showcase some groups that I like to use to browse stories in or sometimes even hang out. Under that is my latest blogs where this blog probably will be showing for quite a long time since I almost never posts new blogs (as it is more or less only I who reads them).

On that note, let's get to my bookshelves. My first bookshelf, Reading, Is mostly just for my own convenience (although feel free to look at it if you want to). Here I store all the stories that I am in the process of reading as well as all the stories I have read that has not been finished yet. This is so I can utilize the Unread Chapters counter to easily find newly updated stories.

My second bookshelf, Read, simply contains all the stories I have read to the end or their latest chapter (there may be some few exceptions where I have yet catch up with the story again). The reason behind this bookshelf is to showcase all the stories I thought was worthwhile reading and to tell you that I have read these stories and therefore would not mind chatting about them.

My third bookshelf, Read Later, Is a place where I store all the stories that I am planning on reading in the future as well as stories that I find whilst browsing the site and think I might want to read at some point. If you wonder whether or not I will be reading any of your stories after I have visited your page, here is the first place to look for them.

My fourth and final bookshelf, Favorites, is just that; my absolute favorite stories on this site. Here I store all the stories that I found to be something a little extra whilst I read them. Whether that is because of the storytelling, text quality, intrigue, funnyness or something else entirely is up to me, but there is always a reason for why every single one of the stories I store here deserves to be called a favorite of mine.
