Chapter 13: The Mysterous Stallion
So the gala is underway and Screwball meets up with Mothball in disgress. Now because this chapter is so short let talk about Screwball. So far she has a crush on Mothball and it not really believible there seems more like friends beside the rose.
This is what I feared it would go under Lion King Two plot there nothing here and them dancing to together with is romance and well written and pased right. Is no real reason on kissing him, Screwball went from a girl who wouldn't do kissy faces to just oh let kiss.
That what Mothball for I like him, he said no. I know that Mothball likes Screwball back and wants to be with her but knows it impossible. So he doesn't hurt her. Now that's a good choose a new way on thinking about something.
But I feel like the romance is rushed again why is this a theme around Disney's stories. Rushed romance the characters and story is great but the main thing that draws us in is the romance and when rushed I don't like it.
I think it could have been done better maybe more of the two hanging out as children a chapter or two and not just a small moment in a chapter. That doesn't happen we get more with the other characters then Mothball with is strange. From what I have seen each chapter is different in it own way but the still staying the same.
