Don't you just hate it when someone changes their like of your story to a dislike and doesn't leave a reason in the comments. That really... gets me. Enough so that I am writing this.
I want/need to know what was it that turned you on, then turned you off of the story? If you don't tell me, I can't remedy it in this or the next story. And if I feel that the story in question will benefit from a change from what turned you off I will address it at that time.
Feedback. Feedback. Feedback. Something that ALL of the writers on this site love to get. I don't mean negative or nasty comments. Those aren't helpful. I mean comments that would tell us why you liked the story or why you didn't like it. Such as:
"I didn't like the way that Rarity held Twilight with her magic against her will..."
Something that I wouldn't change because it's part of the story and needs to be there. At least I would know why you have a problem with it and would understand a dislike (I guess).
OR
"I think that you need to expand your vocabulary. Your story is bland."
Something that I am constantly striving to do, but I'm not really a flowery or colorful writer. But if that is the turn off, I guess I could understand that too.
But to change it and not give a reason... that really irks the crap out of me!
If it's personal, you really need to PM me directly. Not take it out on the story.
To all the people that read my story, thank you. I hope that you liked it.
Sorry for the rant, but I had to get this off my chest.
