Okay, I've met some stupid people in my time... But there is nothing that annoys me more in RP than someone who makes their oc a complete ignorant, non-caring, totally perfect and all-powerful Mary Sue.
I used to RP with a guy who'd get mad at me for going OOC too often, even though he'd start it and I'd answer him. 
He even threatened to block me because I ASKED HIM A QUESTION! Oh god forbid I don't understand something and need clarification! I only go OOC to MAKE SURE HE UNDERSTANDS MY SITUATION OR I UNDERSTAND HIS! OR to complain that I don't like what's going on and that I want it to stop, which I am very much allowed to do. But nope, "you go OOC too often". What the fuck is wrong with me HAVING AN OPINION/QUESTION?!?! Fuck you too buddy.
I realize I got off track, basically this guy made his oc an orphan who was taken in by Luna. Not that bad... Until the point of he becomes an alicorn and doesn't give two shits if my character died. We had an RP in the zombie apocalypse where we were raiders, and I eventually committed suicide. You know what he did? HE FUCKING WENT TO THE SEX SLAVES AND RUBBED UP ON ALL OF THEM INSTEAD OF MOURNING ME LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!!! THAT IS FUCKED UP EVEN FOR MY STANDARDS!
Another guy has his oc being a "dragon alicorn" (which makes no fucking sense) and he also is either CONSTANTLY in danger or has to barge in on my character and her gf's private moments because apparently we aren't allowed to be alone. Literally every time we had time alone, he'd be crying for help AS SOON AS WE HAD SOME PEACE AND QUIET! That's fucking annoying.

I know how that feels. I used to be like those dingasses until I grew up and realized the power scale that a character has to have. They need to have weaknesses as well as strengths to balance them out.
3567674 exactly. My main character that I use is a vampire. So weaknesses? Hell yes she has waknesses. Sunlight isn`t that big a deal because it`d be a mojor inconvienience, but silver, wooden stakes, etc? Yeah she`s pretty susceptible.

I have several characters, but each have their own flaws. Fuck, even my GOD CHARACTER, WHICH IS YOURS TRULY has weaknesses that can be exploited.
