Sweet mother of Celestia, I wasn't expecting that.
For those of you who didn't notice, "L'amore è femmina" briefly hit the feature box after its last update (and when I say 'briefly', I really mean 'for about an hour or so, at three in the morning CET'; it was very swiftly gone again), which led to almost sixty new notifications for me, including a few new watchers and around thirty new faves for my stories.
I can honestly say I really enjoyed my fifteen minutes of fame. I guess almost everyone who publishes on this site dreams of hitting that little box some time, and I'm still reeling at the fact that I managed that, with a little fic with not even 40 thumbs-up at the time. How did this happen?
Frankly, I don't care that much. It did happen, and it was brilliant. Welcome to the new readers, and I hope your expectations for a featured story were at least partially fulfilled.
