Okay so I just posted a little while ago that I was planning on rewriting City of Guilds... well I started. I decided to start with some of the characters as Planeswalkers in order to create mystery about their pasts and to move the plot along a bit faster than the previous bloated masterpiece that moved as slow as a turtle that is in no particular hurry. So I'm posting the character sheets so to speak about the three planeswalkers that are going to start the show... this information is going to be revealed in full throughout the story but this will give some idea as to what I'm trying to do here.
Rainbow Dash: Lightning Magic, Ability to make self even stronger/faster
Colors: Red/Green (Sometimes Blue)
First Planeswalk: Tarkir
Affliations: Temur (Tarkir), Simic (Ravnica)
Known Enemies: The Rakdos, Sarkhan
Pinkie Pie: Chaos Magic,
Colors: Black/Red (Sometimes Green)
First Planeswalk: Zendikar
Affliations: Sorin Markov
Known Enemies: Eldrazi, Jace
Fluttershy: Growth Magic, Plant manipulation
Colors: Green/White (Sometimes Blue)
First Planeswalk: Bant
Affliations: Elspeth, Ajani, Rafiq
Known Enemies: Nicol Bolas
Can't happen, the most that would happen if she went to Tarkir now is that she'd be eaten by one of Artakas brood because she sticks out too much.

It seems that Planeswalkers are subject to what could be called "narrative" or "unrolled" chronology, in which terms like "before Sarkhan went back in time" are meaningful: Sarkhan didn't erase himself by eliminating the conditions of his birth and Ignition, after all.

Hmm. Would you mind elaborating on why Rainbow Dash is so Green to you? She's naturally very Red, but she's much more White than Green, to me, and Blue suits her even less. She's virtually the epitome of a Boros Skyjek, so why is she buddies with the guild of Doctor Moreau? Heck, if she's RG, why isn't she buddies with the Gruul?
My favourite treatment of 'Walker-Pinkie is utterly ridiculous, and the only difference worth noting (as opposed to differences not worth noting, which is basically everything else) is that I tend to think of her as capable of handling all five colors, though having a significant preference for Black and (to a lesser extent) Red.
Fluttershy's tertiary color is… strange, in my mind. She's almost certainly more comfortable with Blue than she is with Red or with Black, I agree; the odd thing is that she's probably more innately talented with Red than with Blue. Chiropractic for bears, "going to love me", etcetera.
3500318 This is how I plan to write the characters for now, admittedly some of this could change over the course of the writing, sans Fluttershy who is in that color identity for her abilities, shes actually going to be something of a focus for this.
