Musings, thoughts, decisions... and oh yes chapter 12 · 4:14pm Aug 4th, 2012
Does anyone read these blog posts? Well I'll assume you do. Anyway chapter 12 is out, it's shorter than others, but that's good. I could have probably stretched it more, but then it might get boring. I chose to do this chapter to give readers more insight into the whole Mist being a shaman thing. This doesn't mean that I won't be explaining anything anymore. There are still tons of things that need to be said. About the shamans, zebra religion, the civil war, their culture and so on. The thing is Mist already knows a lot about these things so the reader will discover them most likely the same time as the characters that are non-native to Zevrass. It's better that way rather than me writing an in depth history book.
The next three chapters have me really excited, a lot of things to come. Hopefully I'll get them done sooner than this chapter. I really have to apologize for the delay. I just moved recently and things at my home were a mess. There are also all these real life things to worry about, plus it's summer! My productivity is in the toilet and my laziness is at an all time high.
I'll be focusing a little more on art during august so chapter 13 will come... hopefully by September. Speaking of art. Is anyone interested in seing some concept drawings of some creatures and locations from my fic? At least how I imagined them? I know some of you might have made your own opinions on how they look and that's great! So I'm asking if, when I have something done would you be interested in seeing it on Deviantart or would you avoid it to preserve the images you imagined for yourself? I know the feeling when something just doesn't mesh with how I imagined something from reading a book with actually seeing the art.
