A oc for "Her Knight in Faded Armour" story

This was done in a chat room that Doccular42 https://www.fimfiction.net/user/Doccular42 had set up and had asked for several ocs for the fan fiction and i decided to join in a bit to hard. anyway the oc is set up in a virtual world and if you want to know more read the story. This is just a character sheet for Doccular42 about my oc Shifting mirror but feel welcome to read.

Edit: in the story i believe that the name was changed from shifting mirror to shifting malware.

Name/Stats
Shifting mirror: changeling male, chosen by discord, main shadow, minor chaos mage/disciple, fights using silenced pistol, shoulder mounted sniper rifle, knifes, portal spells, illusions, medium healing, very high stealth, high damage, medium health, high speed, light chaos/The midnight Ranger Armour.

Tactics:
He uses his sniper to attack from range and his pistol to attack from medium range his attacks have a bonus damage boost when attacking from stealth. He uses portal spells to quickly get away when in danger and uses illusions to trick enemies into thinking he is still there while he lines up his next shot. His knives are used to either backstab and kill his enemies quietly or to fight when there is no other option. He tries to pick of lone targets but if he cannot find one he will assist his team from the shadows in a team fight. When changing he either changes into a teammate to help confuse his enemies and allowing wounded teammates to get back while he distracts the enemies. He sometimes uses easy to access vents in an enemies base to sneak around defences and attack from behind.

Personality wise:
He is a calm guy even in the heat of battle he is always calm and waiting for his chance to strike, he prefers to attack from a range then to charge in blades drawn.

Base preferences:
He prefers darkness utter darkness. His teammates have even allowed there to be a dark corner in most rooms of there base allowing him a hiding spot at all times due to the vents over the corridors his vents are slightly larger then others allowing him faster movement in them.

Interaction with teammates and enemies:
He attempts to help his teammates but only when ever it does not affect him in a bad way if it negatively affects him he will either think about it or deny assistance. He is first and foremost honourable despite his playing style if an enemy has him in their sights and he has no chance of escape he will not fight dirty in a 1v1 match unless he is outmatched. When he is not out raiding or out with teammates or just ‘out’ as he puts it before coming back with copious amounts of loot he chills in base usually in his room. Or in a crafting area of some sort.

Likes: the colour blue, darkness, a large amount of weapon care, sharpening his knifes, silence, not being seen, spying, changing forms, being serious, practising his poker face in the mirror, intimidating others, changelings, everything in his secret room, being a bona fide bad ass.

Dislikes: his archenemy, his irl family, horror movies, being trapped, being trapped in a room with hungry magical cyborg dogs that have inbuilt turrets while the only exit is a small vent on the ceiling which is covered in robot spiders, being surprised, having to resort to killing while they monologue tactics, his entire team dying and him having to continue without them, being separated from his team, light, being dead.

His room, Aka the place where demons dare not enter:
His room has dark green walls a single light from the ceiling. It has a closet that reaches from the floor to roof a shelf full of stuff, and there is a desk with a desk lamp on it the desk is full of poison crafting items and recipes. The closet is locked and inside there is a secret room in this room there are many changeling items and posters inside it is highly decorated with every changeling item he can get his hoofs on. The room is well lit and is made to look like a changeling hive.

Armour:
The Midnight Ranger is a hoof crafted set of experimental armour only 25 suits where ever made The Midnight Ranger was created to bring together speed, strength and stealth into the best armour ever created for snipers and spies. Increasing movement speed by 10% at all times it can also for a short time increase movement speed by a whopping 50%. but that’s not all this suit also provides as much armour as most advanced warrior suits. Meaning you would likely survive a great deal of punishment before it cracked. It also has a small shield generator although placed on the outside of the armour and with a well placed shot can be deactivated until repairs can be done its guaranteed to let you get to cover before it falls. And last but not least in an effort to make the ultimate stealth suit it has an inbuilt cloaking field meaning you can be invisible whenever you want able to sustain the suit for 2 hours strait with a stealth field. The helmet also has three states of vision night vision, thermal and normal view. Allowing it so you can see them but they can’t see you. The helmet is also covering the whole head and is armoured to make sure no overly muscled Minotaur’s rip your head off. The armour also has an inbuilt self destruct to stop any enemies of equestrian from gaining this great suit in the unfortunate case that the user dies some say the explosion is like a mini nuke destroying everything in a 10 meter radius. Thank you brave stallion of the equestrian military remember if you lose this suit equestrian loses 50 million bits so take care. (Yes this suit does a lot and is very rare but the drawback is that it is very expensive so if he dies he will have to pay A LOT before he could use it again.)

Back up armour:
highly upgraded medium stealth armour with stealth helmet augmented with night vision the armour although not as strong as warrior armour it will still fare far better then some other types of armour in combat. This armour increases the stealth of the wearer while also having a moderate armour rating. Perfect for those who want to sneak but if caught not be gutted like a fish being eaten by a starving griffon. (In case his Midnight Ranger blows up)

Weapons: The Black Widow class 10 anti armour sniper rifle. Was designed by the griffons to shoot light and heavy armour. Shots fired from the black widow 10 will also go through light cover and turn any light armoured limb hit into a fine red mist be it hoof, head or claw. It has a slow rate of fire but its power makes up for it requiring a reload after every shot. An expensive sniper rifle but a no doubt powerful one.

Weapons part 2:The Black Watch Prototype. The black watch was created to add silenced pistols and power in the same category the black watch prototype is a gun that will cause a large amount of damage while also being completely silent the pistol is a semi automatic short to medium range pistol created for those who need to be silent against there foes. For when the enemy is confused a shot from above can stop a scream. While not effective against heavily armoured units it will give them a few dents. But it’s better to avoid them all together if possible.

Weapons part 3: magically enhanced Damascus steel or M.E.D.S for short Damascus steel has always been famous its said that even the princess have weapons forged from this metal and where the last to carry the secret for its creation. Blades made from this metal without magic aid are had a great reputation to be tough, resistant to shattering and capable of being honed to a sharp, resilient edge. Few of these blades where created for they where only made for the highest-ranking generals and war hero’s in equestrian. When this weapon is magically enhanced if became the ultimate melee weapon being so sharp it could cut through any armour with ease also known to cut weapons including guns in half. Only the best armour could hope to stop it even for only 5 seconds. The MEDS have always been crafted in pairs and for the generals have only been forged into swords and knifes. Each a custom job with a custom and elegant pattern on the side of the blade. very hard to find.
