My New Story: Sweetie Belle Sucks At Video Games

Hello, everyone! Time to talk about my new story, one that I believe will be the most fun project I've ever worked on. I'm sure that if you clicked this blog before the actual story, you wanna know what's up with Sweetie Belle Sucks At Video Games.

This story came to me while chatting with Conjure over a game of Minecraft. We were enchanting items to prepare to make a run to the Nether.

Me: You enchant your sword yet?
Conjure: Yeah. Iron sword with Sharpness II.
Me: Hey, look, that zombie's got one, too.
Conjure: *laughs* Good ol' JanAnimations.

We started to discuss the Pony Parody of the Minecraft Parody of the Katy Perry Song "Last Friday Night". If you are unfamiliar with said Pony Parody, it follows Button Mash and Sweetie Belle playing Minecraft together. Sweetie Belle makes some... questionable Minecraft decisions, while Button tries to save her. While watching this, I said something I had never really thought about before that day.

Sweetie Belle is trash at Minecraft! I mean, she's not poverty, but she makes some awful decisions, and she is horribly incapable. It seems that she went out, in full Diamond Armor, to mine Iron, with no sword, in a big cave in the middle of the night. She sees Button complete the End Portal and just jumps in, again, with no sword. The most unforgivable noob move is when she's mining Glowstone (with a pick!) over lava! The Glowstone she's standing on!

But I got to thinking: "Hm... I wonder how Sweetie Belle is so terrible at Minecraft, but still has quick enough reflexes to hit Esc, go to Quit Game, then confirm, all before a Creeper goes off". In my head, I decided that she must be so bad at video games, that she has perfected the art of rage quitting. Then, that question evolved into "What would happen if she played CoD?", "What would happen if she played Destiny?", "What would happen if she played MK?" and, thus, Sweetie Belle Sucks At Video Games was born.

This story will be a collection of Sweetie Belle trying, and mostly failing, to play the easiest and most unforgiving video games out there. She will be playing games solo, and with the aid of Scootaloo, Button Mash, Adagio, and occasional others.
