So here i was like a casul, on my couch watching the news.

What i like with the news is that there's always, always, one "stupid" news of the day
What do i call the "stupid" news ?
Generally it's a news, showing the general stupidity of an act or the stupidity of some peoples.
Usually here in France there's always one like that about our governement, those guys are really funny, and i'm pretty sure they know it.

And today, i think i really saw the dumbest one
An expatried man in Dubai( apparently he was 20 years old) literally let his daughter die in front of him.
They were on the beach having fun, the girl wants to go swimming, okay then have fun,
but the poor one ends up going too far and she's starting to drown herself.

Thankfully,
two Lifeguards were around, they saw the little girl drowing herself, quick they run to save her.....only to get stop by her dad.
(who apparently was watching the whole thing from the shore, let's not forget that this guy, is her "DAD")
This guy who spent all his time,trying to stop the Lifeguards from rescuing his daughter, who tried anything to stop them from going in the water, to save her life.

His reasons you ask ?
he didn't want his daughter to get "dishonored" by being touched by strangers

Let's remember that he is her dad, and that he downright said that he prefered for her to be dead than to be touched by some strangers
he even became violent with the lifeguards
(become a Lifeguard they said, you'll be a hero they said)

Seriously dude ? seriously ?!
We're talking about his daughter here, what kind of Father he must be to do that...
I don't think i need to say that it ended badly for the little girl
and that the dad got arrested by the cops.

But this guy......

You know i'm not going to start talking about everyone's beliefs or even about family stuff like honor, etc, etc, etc...
but from what i know, when a kid is in danger and one of it's parents is around, they do everything they can to save their kid, no matter what
they don't just stand there and start acting like assholes.
Seriously the dumbest part in this terrible news is that he spent all his time trying to stop the lifeguards, while the little girl needed help....if you didn't want her to be touched by strangers, why didn't you just go save her by yourself ?!
All this time that he wasted like a complete idiot, why didn't he went in the water to save her instead of trying to punch the lifeguards.
I mean in any case, the life of a kid for a parent should be the thing who matter the most, not honor or any other stuff.

Good thing we can find pictures of peoples saving cats on the internet to keep some faith in Humanity
