It's sort of hard on the eyes, but in short text's it's fine.
You can however give the text every color you'd like, the #xxxxxx you see when you give something the color tag are the hex code for the specific color. by changing this code you can mix together every color you can imagine. hzst google hex code and the color you'd like or just try out random things.
That being said, every x in #xxxxxx can take a value of 0 to F representing 16 different values (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F) and every xx represents one color of the RGB color channels for example #FF0000 would be pure red, while #FFFFFF would be white.
It's a little complicated at first, but if you got it, it's really easy
