My Lack of Interaction · 3:13am Jul 3rd, 2015
Hey guys. I just felt the quick need to explain a little something I alluded to in one of my last blog posts from a little while ago concerning my activity on the site. It was about responding to comments and making as frequent updates about everything that's going on as of recent.
What I said last time was that basically I'm trying to pay less attention to up votes, down votes, and viewership statistics, with more attention focused on the stories themselves and making them the best they can be. I feel that submitting each chapter and then checking they rate of popularity to the entire story really takes away a lot of the fun and makes the entire process feel a lot like a popularity contest.
That being said, I would just want to clarify that my lack of responses to comments or consistent updates isn't based off an apathy for all you awesome reading what I put out there, but more so for me to focus on what's actually important through all this: the stories.
Speaking of which, to give a quick update while I'm at it, I'm nearly done with posting all of Old Flame with only one more chapter to go. From there I of course have another installment planned and will get to drafting it as soon as possible. My new job has put a little bit of a damper on my available time to work on writing but I'm still going to work as much as I can to get these projects out the door.
But until then, I will see you guys later.
P.S. I'm nearly done with my other non-pone projects and will try to get the appropriate links to them once they're ready.
