Writer's block and other things · 7:41pm Jul 25th, 2012
Hey everyone!
Hope all is well with every one of you, and that summer has been treating you as well as me! I'm stil on vacation, but I tire quickly of laying on the beach all day, so I spend a lot of time trying desperately to write a chapter or two.
Which is the main subject of today's blog post.
I seem to have all these ideas about putting in 'Home is Where the Heart is' - soooo many things I'd like to happen with it, and with which I can make some sort of deeper meaning with. Cliché or not, I would like to have some impact on you all, as readers and as people who may have some sort of difficulties with life, such as myself. I'm horrible at taking my own advice, though. Furthermore, I must admit, that whenever I do get a chapter done, it's always rushed, and hardly ever proof-read, at all. With that said, I'd love it if one of you perhaps would like to read future chapters through, give criticism, correct grammar and all of those things that come with being a proof-reader, or editor, if you like. But it doesn't mean that I won't continue the story if I don't get one, but it'd be very nice if one bothered to take their time to read it through.
I'm also trying to lose weight, and become fitter, so I've been running almost every day, and doing some exercises to become more muscular and slimmer. If anyone happen to be a fitness guru, please, teach me!
Much love, xoxo!
Well, I'm no fitness guru... but I like to run, and was on my cross country team...
A good thing to do is not run the same routine every day. Try long distance one day, and sprints another (sort of like you sprint for 15 sec.-then jog a min.-sprint for 15 sec.-jog a min. etc.), and even something else as well. Switch it up!
Remember to stretch
as for other exercises that don't really include running... I can't say. That's what the internet is for?
I'd tell you to make healthy food choices but I can't even do that myself. :pinkie happy:
as for perhaps the other part of your post, I'm not an editor... unfortunately. I am quite busy. Have you tried joining one of the groups? I know they don't always work. I was just fortunate to get someone to follow me who just so wanted to edit... groups didn't help.
but good luck!
