Just a quick update regarding Sisters.

Hey folks, it's been a while since our last update, so I figured I'd clue everybody in regarding what's going on with Sisters.

Chapter 7 is written, and in the final stages of the editing process. I'm just touching up on it at this point, and waiting for the green light to publish from my editor and pre-reader. With any luck, we'll be posting it before the end of the month. Expect about 37k words pretty soon.

Chapter 8 is coming along nicely, and hopefully will not take anywhere near as long as chapter 7 to get out. I don't think any of the upcoming chapters should take that long, to be honest. Chapter 7 was... special, though. It took a long time to figure out how to write a difficult segment. I'm only hoping that my words have done it justice.

In other news, my crew and I have been tossing around the idea of doing a small rewrite of the prologue and first chapter. Mostly fixing little things here and there that I just goofed on before I had the experience to know any better. Nothing that would effect the overall plot though, so no worries there.

I'm taking all the feedback I've been getting to heart, and am trying my best to cut the length of these chapters down. Chapter 6 was nearly 70k, and I understand that's a lot to take in all at once. I honestly don't expect anyone to read all of that in one go. In fact, I'd encourage everyone to read this story in sections. Whenever you see a chapter break in the form of a line of asterisks, feel free to take a break. Those are usually good spots for that.

And with all of that business out of the way, I'd just like to take the opportunity to thank everyone that's taken the time to read my story! You people are awesome! Reading the comments always brings a smile to my face, and it's a joy to know that you folks actually like what my crew and I put out. We're doing our best to keep this ball rolling, and I'm hoping that you folks enjoy where the story goes!
