    Hello Again!

Six years ago, I began a journey into My Little Pony fan fiction.

That journey is complete as of today.

I had so much more planned for this journey, but all I managed to create was a quartet of complete stories with a single arc.

And maybe, that's all I needed to do here.

But now, it's time for me to start a new journey with my own original story. No ponies.

An Elegia For The Scattered Souls Of Atlantis

This is it! The last story of the Terminus & Exordium arc, "Elegia," is underway:

With Tirek defeated by the combined forces of the Shepherd and her allies, the Equestrians and Star Tracer -- the sole Atlantean to survive the final battle in Palladia -- awaken to a world in transition, shaped by Avalon's will.

New Story At Last: Darkness Before Dawn

    Kept you waiting, huh?

Two years ago, I completed the fourth and final act of Ad Mortem, Ad Vitam in time for the new year. Didn't do much else for a while after.

    For over a year.

Story Updates, Near Future Of First AU Revealed

First off, some news about the near future of my first alternate universe:

I once intended to publish a supplemental work to the Terminus & Exordium arc with Equestria Daily in mind, but stopped after the third act to continue on with the current arc. This work is on my deviantArt, and may actually be rewritten as a follow-up to this arc once the latter is wrapped up.

    Did My Name Just Change?

    Yes, it did!

I've decided to shed the old username of "Lady Jaye Cameron" for something shorter and a bit more regal; my last name's pretty regal (and of French origin) on its own, so that's what's there. :raritywink:

Oh! And I'm 1,600 new words into the second act of my final work for the Timeline-42: Terminus & Exordium arc; the first act has 3,617 words.

Colour Changes in Timeline-42: Pandora and Minerva · 1:44am Jul 23rd, 2012

While working on my Trail of Candy stories for submission to EQD -- a prehistory from the start of the "Dark Age of Disharmony" as mentioned in "Hearth's Warming Eve" (if not by name) to just before the events of "A Rainbow in the Dark" in T-42 -- I realized that the colouring of the twin Atlantean princesses as it was (dark overall) only worked for Princess Luna; going from dark to light for the sisters as they were when they were fillies (and just before their ascension) didn't yield the results desired, alas.

So, I lightened them up a fair bit overall (colour name from Procato.com/hex code):

Eyes: Vivid heliotrope/CA00E7
Mane: Very deep heliotrope/28002B (mare) / Dark heliotrope/5B1D63 (filly/pre-divinity mare)
Coat: Pale purple/E1B5FE (mare) / Light blue violetish gray/D2C8E3 (filly/pre-divinity mare)
Cutie Mark - Pandora: A stylized phoenix with vivid indigo/2C00DE + very light phthalo blue/879BFF feathers, and a four-pointed light brilliant cornflower blue/64C5FF star above its head, the phoenix's wings curled toward the star in exaltation
Cute Mark - Minerva: A pale cerulean/C1EFFF waxing moon with a dreamcatcher's web inside the crescent, and a four-pointed light brilliant cornflower blue/64C5FF star off to the right and slightly above the moon/web
Bionic limbs (Pandora only): Grayish fuchsia/AA5B9B legs and wings; her horn substitute is a white gold headband with an amethyst gem setting in the center

I guess this is really more for me just in case I commission some art, but at least some "pale horse/rider on a pale horse" jokes can be made, especially in regards to Pandora. Oh, and now your mind's eye can see the sisters better without going blind.

All the best,
Lady Jaye
