Meh.

So, the past four months have been interesting for me... in the ancient Draconic sense of the word, which translates roughly as, "Hm. This fellow is so fried, he looks like he'd go well with some habanero barbecue sauce." To put it succinctly, I've been working six days a week, on average, for the last six months. This is not terribly conducive to writing, as when I am not at work, I am either doing things around the house, spending time with the missus, or sharply reducing the population of pixelated and lovingly-rendered ne'er-do-wells that is contained within my computer in an effort to keep the accumulated stress from putting me in a state that would make Twilight "Psycho" Sparkle look like a paragon of mental health.

I have been working on Once in a Blue Moon and Spectrum of the Sky, but progress creative juices have been at an ebb, and progress has been slow. Can't sail a ship without water, as my uncle would say. Thankfully, some of the balls I've been juggling have not, in fact, been grenades, and I should be able to make some more rapid progress soon. Taking a vacation and unplugging completely for a week helped.
