Windows 8 is the biggest misfortune I have ever had to deal with. So my computer that runs it has crashed and now needs a new hard drive AGAIN! anyone else have this sorta problem? anyway Ill be back as soon as I can be x.x Thank god for extended warranty.

3011410 When I bought this computer that what I selected was windows 7. they ship it to me and I get a nice note wen I start it up saying "We have upgraded you to windows 8 free of charge! enjoy" Its hard drive was damaged right out of the box. Windows 8 is the worse piece of crap ive had to deal with. when I first had to replace said hard drive out of the box, they told me I couldn't use a windows 7 hard drive due to how the motherboard was laid out. freaking jackasses. I mean yeah I know I tend to fry out tech fast anyway bit this is ridicules.

I got a touch screen that had Windows 8 worst thing I ever paid for, it would always freeze no matter how many times I had to have the hard drive wiped. I'm so glad I got rid of it. I'm glad I kept my HP Pavilion just in case, works a zillion times better

3011985 Yeah. I got a dell. sad thing is is that HP is supposedly stopped making computers from what I been hearing. Supposedly Windows 10 is coming soon according to a technician I know. supposed to be a mix of 8 and 7. My money is on it being a roller coaster of fail probably. They had something that worked well with everyone in windows 7 but noooo they had to get the brilliant idea touchscreen programs would be great on normal computers that don't have a touch screen, and it will be new so we get money off it. Makes me wanna punch them in the face for being pants on head retarded.

I think Windows 10 will be a catastrophe, Windows 7 is good but mixing it with 8 just sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.
Honestly computers with touchscreens was the worst idea ever, my mom just bought a touch screen that has windows 8 on it. And it glitches and it's terribly slow, she just got it 3 weeks ago.
Makes me was to smother the one who thought touchscreens and Windows 8 together would be a good idea

3012146 yeah. I think touchscreens are ok on tablets and Ipads, but for full blown computers I hate it. Well they are sending me a new motherboard and hard drive with the technician so maybe it wont fuck up as much. and Im glad I made ya laugh
