So, I'm new to Steam, but I've actually been playing the games on it a lot.
The question I have is in regards to the marketplace-you see, I've got all the card drops for most of the games in my library so far, but some of them are doubles and of course I would like to complete the sets.
The problem is that my account won't have access to it until around April 8th, but I'm not entirely sure why because as far as I know all the transactions I've made have gone through-so is there some kind of way to speed up the processes or do I just kinda have to wait it out?

The reasoning behind the delay is to help prevent "scams", unfortunately to my knowledge there is no way to speed up the process so waiting it out is your only option.
