...down voted my story WITHOUT HAVING THE SPINE OR DECENCY TO LEAVE A NOTE AS TO WHY, I say go and have your teeth ground away slowly with no anaesthetic. Then gargle with battery acid. After that, have someone peel the skin of your hands off, starting at the fingers.

I have absolutely no issue with someone down voting my story, so long as they've actually left a comment explaining why. AITW isn't everyone's cup of tea, far from it. There's a lot of stories on this site that aren't my choice of literature. I don't down vote them because of it, I just DON'T READ THEM.

Edit: progress is happening on the next chapter, by the by, but I'll be honest in that I'm still attempting to get the homework done while I'm still working where I am with access to machines, and I'm more than a little distracted by recent developments concerning my good woman's health and shearing the head off a bolt on my bike. Anyone who has had this happen to them, and the resulting aggro attempting to extract what remains of the bolt will feel my pain...
