I discovered this by complete accident today, and honestly it's strange. This game is called Little Pony Leg Injury, and in it you take care of a pony who has hurt themselves while... playing in the mud or something? Look I'm all for an awesome pony game, especially when you have one that include's ponies getting injured and bloody, and messed up, it would be awesome to have an action game like that (Horse game anyone?). Anyway this game is not that at all, this is actually a children's game where you perform a painful medical treatment on an Applejack clone. The worst part is that the pony looks so happy the entire time, almost like that giant gash on their leg doesn't bother them at all. What's the message here? Oh its okay that the pony is hurt, she's a masochist.
All in all, I'm weirded out by this game. I know of plenty of good pony games out there, and this is not one of them. It is however a very weird concept for a children game.

These are basically bargain bin games made by people with no other purpose than to have something of minimal quality that they can lure kids in with. This type of injury game has dozens if not hundreds of flavors. The mechanics remain the exact same, only the visual is changed a little. It's practically a pallet swap.
2884575 I believe this kind of game actually got its start with a realistic doctor simulator called Dark Cut, which takes place during the black plague. Its a gruesome and pretty brutal game that shows exactly how terrible medicine was back then. If you had a problem back then, death seemed like a good option rather then going to one of the so called "plague doctors".
