Um. So. I'm back.
'Wait, who the fuck are you?'
Ah. That has been a mystery for ages.
I'm The 39 Ponies. I've made two stories, one incomplete and one finished, both entitled Spike's Journal. The first one had a pretty positive reception, which was really odd because looking back at them now...they're entertaining, but not much. I still don't regret writing them, though!
Life's caught up with me for awhile. I started high school, my social life pretty much dwindled to zero, puberty caught up to me as I started getting growth spurts and I started really questioning my sexuality.
As of now, I'm in my second year of high school, I identify as lesbian, and I think I've changed a bit. I started to realise so many things about myself and my parents and the people around me, it's become a bit of a burden. To cope, I started going back to reading and animation and fell in love with My Little Pony all over again.
So, there you have it. I'm back on this site. Not sure if my readers are still active or even if they still have an interest in the show, but I'll do my best in providing quality stories again this time around. I'm thinking of restarting Spike's Journal 2. I really want to become a writer one day and I figured out that this site was a good place to start all over again, so any feedback would be appreciated.
If I do continue Spike's Journal 2 instead of make an entirely new story, expect the chapters to be a bit longer, and have a lot less pop culture references (God, I'm ashamed of making so many allusions in the first Spike's Journal so often...), as well as a bit more background info. Don't worry, however, they'll still be in the same style and have the same narrative voice. Me and Spike are still lovable youthful deadpan scamps.
I look forward to sharing my work with you all, and I do hope I can provide quality stories
