Just watched/read Animal Farm by George Orwell. Watched the animated then read the book.
Fuck that pig.

I have conflicting feelings about this now. I don't know what to think.
I think I feel... sadness? I mean I really think its a good way of showing Communism for all it is.
Let me reword that.
I think Communism is a great idea.

I think it is a good idea on paper. Production and such controlled by the workers, all are equal, all get a fair share of production and such.
But it doesn't work. It always, always, always becomes a fucking police state.
Why? Because people are assholes.
Its like Communism is a software program that could run with very few bugs on the right hardware.
But you run that stuff on human hardware and the bugs eventually crash the whole thing.
I really want to believe that such a system could work, but I know it can't. I suppose that that really leaves me bummed.
Guess I'll have to settle for a broken democracy with a congress who are more concerned with getting re-elected then serving the fucking country. wait... prep for vent in 3...2...1...
