    need a proofreader

Need a proofreader for my stories btw. All my saved links to proof readers are expired and iam not sure where to find new ones.

Anyone know where I can find a resource, they need to be alright with mature and dark (not extreme stuff though but I guess that's all relative)

    Story Plans

Think i should atleast put the first chapters out there. Even if they are in a raw form. Maybe just one go over until i find editors or a spot checker to read through it.

Until then, here's the list. Most of these will be adult and mature but with serious story. Atleast the Triarch Saga one's. I, Incubi will be clop with background.

    no! bad mind.

Writing chapters and chapters of Bevelyns Left Arm. At what point should I post this? Should probably get proof readers to see how it sounds in other peoples heads and if I need to adjust my writing style to properly convey what I want in sync with how people will read it.

    and there were 3

Okay made great on my story A Paragon's Duty but I have suddenly become inspired to create 2 more stories. Maybe not as big or far reaching as A Paragons Duty(which remains my main focus and center piece) but will certainly be significant.

    World Building

I've written out the first chapters first draft. Gone through about half the next one. these are epilogues really.

Done about the intro of the actual 3rd chapter where the story lifts off. Huge amount of world building has been done too as well as future events. Character building and the like too.

ALSO WOOHOO New episodes of the new season!

Stamping out the prologues for A Paragon's Duty. · 8:23pm Feb 11th, 2015

So, in the end i decided to go with full pony. It just felt right in the end. had to morph a lot of the biped interactions but hey, i had lots of quadriped/biped moments.

Still wondering over the adult content. Story with elements of clop? i could erase the clop out but its blended with the story, not just an excuse for readers to unzip. We'll see.

There will be a two part prologue. Both will involve my character and dash dealing with the everfree, with a gap of 8 years inbetween. Then the real story will start. And oh my god so many notes for what comes later.

I'll be doing with this "character", something i truly enjoy, taking someone powerful. someone who should be a mary sue (or gary stu in this case) and then completely subverting it. Avoiding cliche's for the sake of avoiding them is not a good thing. its all about the execution. Iam gonna put a lot of work into make sure i do this right and do him justice. I have it in my head, but conveying this story to you, dearest readers, in the right manner is whats important.

Just a short summary of the story.

The story will deal with the final remaining immortal from an earth-realm where humans live, It has a level of history with equestria (the humans of previous mlp generations, including Prince Scorpan). Humans are not unknown or a "myth" to ponies but appearances have been few and far between. The immortal himself , like his kin, is not human but a sapient humanoid constructs. he himself is plant based (if i had to pull a reference for you, dear reader, i would bring up images of the gw2 Sylvari or the Floran of Starbound, though i was thinking up this character and story since before both games were even revealed). His kin had other "base materials" from which they are constructed.

The immortal is a Paragon. the final remaining of 7 such beings, once put in charge of protecting and guiding the remnants of a post-calamity humanity. But our story will not deal with this part directly. Its already ancient history when our story starts. Only one of the paragons remains and he has already managed to guide the remnants of humanity towards autonomy, a seed from which they can grow anew.

But more than a thousand years of toil have taken their toll on the paragon. The loss of his fellow paragons due to his own error, ontop of other losses, grief, and terrible wrongs against him have worn away at a being who once thought himself and his peers as invincible and infallible. He will not suffer from existential angst as much as he will from the fact that living more than a thousand years in active conflict does no one's mental health any favors. He held on because he had a duty (and he the very Paragon of Duty) to humanity but now that they no longer truly need him (not that they dont want him to stay) he can no longer escape from his inner torments.

He was a part of equestria's past history as well, having visited often as a foreign delegate (from just after the wendigoes were banished to Sunset Shimmers time as Celestias student). But all of this is, once more, is past history that will be revealed over the length of the story.

We'll First involve ourselves with when Dash first created her Sonic Rainboom, and crash lands into the everfree. Meeting our paragon in the forest.

the 2nd epilogue will start a few months before Discord first appears. When a grown Rainbow decides to show off as lead weatherpony to her weather team and makes a bet that she can tame an everfree storm cloud. Once more running into the paragon.

But there are no coincidences happening here.

The real story will start moments after discords defeat. It will deal with the Paragon living in equestria, and where his experiences with the mane 6, the royal sisters, and a huge host of ponies both OC and BG, may help him find a semblance of inner balance and a new purpose. Or maybe old festering wounds will open anew as he is forced to face his past and discovers secrets about it he never needed to know. Maybe he'll find that a plant-based warrior god-prince with an axe isnt as misplaced in Equestria as he first thought, where threats both from the show and ones of my own creation, be it the plans of canterlot nobility or a decades long conspiracy.

where, even with all his strength and power, he will always come up short if he doenst learn to get a hold of himself and trust the strength of the ponies he cares for.

where, he will carnally engage in a LOT of pony plot.

Where the Pale Pony will become all too familiar the paragon.
