On the verge of a mental breakdown

I don't know what to do. I've been on the edge this past week. I cannot stand my mom right. If I get yelled at one more time for no reason I swear I'm going to fucking snap. Any advice or encouragement?

The only thing you can do is remember...You can't change anything, or anybody, you can only change what you do and how you react.
When your mom yells at you, even if it's for no reason, just nod and say 'yes mom", because that's what she wants to hear. Don't argue with her. Nod and let her be right. You will find much peace that way

I agree with K9 Groomer on this one. Trust me. As a fourteen-year-old, I have a lot of problems with my mother. I normally keep my pie-hole shut so that I don't get into more hot water than I already am in.
Hang in there. I hope you get cooler with your mother sometime.
