I'm so lazy, am I not? · 2:28pm Jan 24th, 2015
Kay. Said I'd post a SoarinDash story about... what, a year ago?
I'm not gonna back out from that, but suddenly, great! I can't think of an effin START! I don't know how in the world to start it, but I know what the upcoming events are supposed to be. It's... it's so different from common problems right?! Knowing the next events, but not knowing the starting event?! AUGH! *Gibberish murmuring*
Anyways, I have a question;
Are short chapters bad? e.e Because I read a comment from another story.... An average chapter shouldn't be less than 2500, and MOSTLY 1000. But.... well, I suddenly had this idea for a story, and I knew completely how to start the story. Currently have 1100+ words written for the first chapter. I was wondering; Is 1500+ words enough for a chapter since I'm just beginning... or is that just plain lazy? I know, I know, im sooooooo not dedicated to my work. But I actually enjoy writing some parts of it. It's a comedy, and random story. It just, suddenly appeared on my mind. And while I can't think of a start for my SoarinDash story yet, which is going to be named Soaring Hearts and Dashing Souls , thanks to Calm Wind very much for helping me think up that title, well, he actually thought it up for me, if it weren't for him, the title would be... I'll just put it as lame, short, Myfriggingoshitsfreakingnotcatchyatall. Oh wait, those are a lot of words jumbled into one.
Anyways, Is 1500+ words for a chapter acceptable? Or is that... I don't know, too short? Because I'm planning on submitting this new idea as a side story while I'm trying to think up how to start the SoarinDash story.
1500 words would work, if you're doing a small story.

Oh! Thanks, and, yeah, it is a small story, so I guess i'll just post it when it reaches about 1500 words or so...
It'll probably be only 2 chapters...
