Legend of Equestria under DDOS attack. · 8:55am Jan 24th, 2015
Thought of playing Legend of Equestria tonight using my character aforementioned Night Star where it was originally created to begin with & use it as my avatar in this site.
It is a simple game, & the creators of the game have open servers every four months so people can play, which is still in development & in beta testing to test the stress loads on the servers & locate glitches int the game. The game is being developed by volunteers who are fans of the pony fandom. It isn't a big shot game, just a simple game with beautiful background scenery and music. I kinda find it relaxing playing my character.
I don't understand why people do this, but tonight during open servers testing, someone initiated a heavy DDOS attack against the game, including the website & forum. My 5 year old niece (she's 100% responsible for getting me into MLP two & a half years ago & making me the laughing stock in my family. Me a tough guy that used to be a hunter & camper now watching pony cartoons 
), was pretty disappointment she didn't get to play it.
Hopefully they fix it soon.

I think that is what's called a hater. But eventually the servers were starting to clear up by mid afternoon on Saturday. The only server would clog up fast & there were people getting upset that they couldn't long in. Some promising they would never return, which is something the hacker wanted obviously. Force people to lose interest of the LOE game. Fortunately things cleared up on Saturday night & complaints simply vanished & from the same people complaining turned into accolades to the programers.
People should understand & be aware that sometimes thing like this happen that are beyond the control of volunteer programers. People should be a bit more patience. Oh well... all's well that ends well.
But it was fun, members sporing the Fluffle Puff custome & this zany butt race, it was hilarious.

Well... being an outdoorsy type & hunter, I had this manly appearance, so I became the butt of the joke in my family & friends. All I can say others in my family got hooked... He-he...
Still go camping but not as much now that I having trouble with one knee...
