Hey there! Any and all people who are looking at this, I have just one thing to say: I wish each and every one of you a wonderful, happy, peachy-keen, chipper and all-around enjoyable new year! 
I hope that this will be an even better year than 2014. Personally I'm holding out for the sight of a flying, silver car with gull-wing doors, but that seems rather unlikely.
This may be a big year for the fandom in a couple of respects. Getting the obvious thing out of the way first, spring will play host not only to the whims of April and May's showers and flowers, but the big S5 hits the network. I can feel the cold, wet, massive wave of new fanfiction already.
Another thing I feel like noting is that this will be the fifth year of BronyCon, and the organizers have promised to make it one especially worth attending. My fingers are crossed that I will be able to make the trek this year, but I hope lots of fimfiction readers and authors go regardless.
Already looking to the future, I remember Spectra Studios commenting that the "Rainbow Factory" animation may be complete towards the end of the year or early next year. Here's wishing to hear more from them on that front.
And to all of the authors or trying-to-be authors on this site: Good luck and I'm gonna try to put something out this year.
