    I am back!

Now that I am back. I hope to begin writing. Not that this matters to anyone. Typing for my own sanity I guess.

    Away for a time!

Well, it's time for me to go work. Going on a mission for my church (not that anyone is going to read this). Going to be gone for two years. I hope MLP stays strong when I get back. Or that I still have my interest in the subject. If I do, I hope I finally get the courage to post one of my stories and FINISH it!

    Stay awesome, folks!

Well sanity's good. What do you want to start writing about?

2732588 I am hoping to write a few ideas I have in mind, some I gained during my time up in Alaska. One of them seems pretty promising. It will be a human story that turns human against his own will. Race against time and Celestia, he works to find a way to stop his changing and return home. I already know the beginning and the end. The biggest issue I face is getting started. The other is an editor. I still need improvement on my skills.

So, lengthy response shortened: I have a few ideas with Human pairings. I will have to say I am surprised that anyone has taken interest in me. Why the comment, I must ask?

Sounds ambitious, and while I do write human stories myself I gotta admit that I don't think they're all that popular. At least, they're more difficult to 'sell' in the fandom. Unless they're EQG anyway, for some stupid reason people seem to love the dazzles. >;P

As for improvement on your skills, the best way to get better is to just do it. An editor might help, maybe, but only if they're a good teacher. So don't let not having one hold you back if you really intend to start. The key is to just learn to have fun with it and it'll be come habit eventually.

Why comment? No reason towards you in particular, but your comment seemed bummed out so I thought I'd respond.

2733725 Now, my friend. If there were more with that kind of attitude, the kind to offer small kindnesses, the world would be better. It's cliche, but true. Nevertheless, I am grateful for you to even give two cents of your time.

As for the comment on the human stories, I keep it in mind. The stories I tend to browse a lot are situations that ask this question: What would happen if I were to drop "Blank" element into the story? Then I watch it play through. Often that blank is a character from originality or a crossover. Reading alot, I want to avoid stories that say, you're stuck there deal with it or for humans in this case, drop a person in to life false reality in another world. Those stories grow boring and predictable. The story I am hoping to create, which I mentioned, will not only test a new writing style I've wanted to try, but add a new kind of tension. Or merely a tension written in my own 'language' persay.

But as you said, I can talk writing, but I need to do it. Thank you!

2733873 True, often times let their base plot get explained too soon, but they still haven't established their characters well and have no way to finish.

Well, sounds like you got your hair-brained scheme in order. Go get'm tiger!
