why am i just now doing this?…nevermind

So, after officially being a member for about three months, give or take, I've finally gotten around to posting my first blog entry for this site.

For those of you wondering what took me so long, It's mostly because I've never actually thought of it until now.

The main reason I'm typing this, though, is to explain why I have not posted any stories, again for those who want to know.

The reason is, though I am working on some, posting them using an iPad is a pain in the flank. I know from my attempts at using Wattpad. The other reason is my tendency to have frequent bouts of writer's block, and in the off chance that one of my stories should become popular, I wouldn't feel comfortable knowing that I'd be keeping people waiting for a month before I can feel satisfied with a chapter enough to post it. In fact, I normally don't even consider posting until I have at least the first six chapters done and over with.

I'm not saying that I only write novels; I've done one-shots, too, but they are all either trollfics or under the 1000 word minimum, frequently both.

On a completely unrelated note, if anyone can recommend some stories I haven't read yet based on my groups list, that would be fantastic. Get it, fan-tastic? *cue boos and groans*

I suck at ending these things.
