So I did a thing · 4:47am Nov 1st, 2014
I was going to wait and share this in the final Oneshotober review blog, but I'm impatient. It's part of why I wind up actually producing so little writing.
Anyway, while I like the basic premise of Oneshotober, that being a challenge to push yourself to produce a great deal of writing in a short time, I think my review blogs are demonstrating that what it produces is, about 90% of the time, not worth reading. So instead, I thought it might work better if the same general idea were attempted with a much more relaxed pace, and no final deadline.
As such, I started this:
Told you that image was relevant. And yes, I wrote up the group page in my very best Fluttershy voice.
I'm going to be trying to put out all those things I didn't finish last month under this new project.
It'll be an iffy thing the next four weeks, as I'll be doing my superhero setting for NaNoWriMo this year, but we'll see what I can do.
Eventually I'm going to use the heroine of my NNWM story in a FiE fic, and that raises a question. Is it still a crossover if I wrote the source material?
Technically, yes.
It will be very nice to see what you come up with.
So you did a thing, and now it's featured in the site blog's monthly Groups post.
Good job. Guess I'm not the only one who likes the idea.

All you have to do to get in that is message eldorado and ask for it.
I submitted three groups to it this time ("More Than Laughter" and "Organized Crossover" are mine too).
