Whatever happened to it? I don't watch too much aside from MLP anymore, but I used to love the Discovery Channel, the History Channel (personal favorite), TLC. Heck, A&E was fun, one of the only places you could see opera without paying through the nose. But, on a whim I check out some of the current program lineups, and all I see is shitty reality TV, conspiracy theories and pseudo-science (Ice Truckers? Ancient Aliens? Haunted History? Really, we're actually doing this now?). There used to be actually educational entertainment, history, science, culture. That was awesome, and I wish they'd bring that stuff back.

Eeyup, not a lot good on TV anymore. I don't even have satellite or cable anymore. It's just not worth it.
Do you have Netflix? I've found that to be useful for most TV I want to watch, and it's cheap.

Netflix is my primary way to watch what TV I do. That, and movies mostly. Netflix is awesome.

Eeyup, it sure is. Have you watched warehouse 13? That's good if you like a little sci-fi and history. Psych is a pretty good comedy. And firefly is always good, though only half a season.
