I watched Rainbow Rocks

[Warning: Spoilers. Luckily, I have tagged them as such.]
And it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. I actually liked it. It was flawed, but it wasn't as badly flawed as the first one. Just like the show itself, the music is pretty catchy. Sadly, if you've listened to the soundtrack, you've heard pretty much all the music. Also, the plot is extremely predictable. There's exactly one plot twist and it's at the end: Alternate universe Twilight exists and is heading to Canterlot High to investigate its mysteries.
There was what could be considered unnecessary fanservice in the form of DJ Pon-3 pretty much saving the day, Bon Bon and Lyra's performance, and Trixie even being there..
But overall, I liked it.
