I've run into a bit of a snag. I'm currently working on a crossover between MGR and MLP, and plan on publishing it. But I have a problem. The character has about 30 minutes of screen time, and the majority of that is just fighting him. He doesn't have a lot of character development, and that's part of my problem.
I have to improvise some of his character traits, because in my fic he's put into situations he isn't in the game. Can anyone help me out here? When does the line between improvising, and making said character into an OOC come into effect?

Well... as a massive gaming nerd and self proclaimed hardcore gamer, and as an amateur writer that is also kinda fumbling his way through writing but tries really hard to keep characters in line with what they do, I think I might have actually figured out how Monsoon's character works.
Though, you probably already know, since you favorited my story "Element's Change the Dark Hearts".
Maybe give Part 4 in the story a look to see what I came up with for our meme-tastic villain?
