Apparently it's a chaotic challenge to write a one shot for each of the thirty-one days in October. And I'm gonna do it.
Guidelines say I can write them ahead of time and release one a day, so I guess I'll do that. I'm going to show just how easy it is to get featured on this site with stupid, mindless garbage that takes all of an hour to write. But, I'll also be putting out some decent ones as well to go with the Halloween spirit. Yes: Dark One Shots. I've already begun one that will hands down be the best thing I ever write. I'm even writing a variation of it without ponies to be published in a New Hampshire magazine (Hopefully). I'll have more on that when it's done.
My regular writing (which at this point is just ISHNBTP) will not suffer, and Chapter 14: Adding to the Collection (Title Pending), will be out in a week or two for those of you who care.

It's true that it's easy to get featured on this site, so long as you give up your soul and every positive attribute you ever loved. Just write generic HiE, or military crap, or clop. Instant feature. I can honestly say that for my own stuff, its popularity is usually inversely proportional to how much effort I put into it. Or how good it is.
I hope you get into the box, FD, just don't let it take your humanity. Don't let the number of followers gained from such ventures go to your head.
