To All Who Listen

Hey everyone, it's me: DiscoBiscuits... Or whatever else you wanna call me because I've changed my name five times! I'd just like to take the time to have a little bit of a heart to heart with my small fan base (which is perfectly fine). Of course as you all may know, I have a small amount of followers, but that doesn't mean they don't matter. To everyone who has followed me within the last almost four years; I'd just like to say:

Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could know every last one of you and get to know you. Perhaps one day we may meet, then again maybe we won't. To everyone reading, I want you to know that life can be tough, but you have to stick to your guns. It's been a long four years on this website and I've seen unfairness, tragedy, drama, and all different kinds of people in this large smelting pot we call FiMFiction. I don't need 2000 followers. I don't need 1000 or 900 or even 100. What I want is true followers who read my story(ies), love them or hate them, then give me feedback. I live off of feedback everyone and it's greatly appreciated. I want everyone to know a few things about me so you can understand who I am:

- I will never ask you to donate money to me (unlike some people on this website).
- I will never fight with you unless I have a firm reason to believe you deserve it.
- I will never ask for you guys to help spread my name, even though I'd love you if you ever did (it's all up to you to do that on your own time!)
- I will always try to answer your questions as best I can and try to improve every day.
- Yes, it's true: I'm in love with the Devil's Lettuce.
- Yes, I go back to class tomorrow.

Every single one of you who follow me, read my stories, and all that other jazz have a special place in my heart. I know when POPULAR WRITERS say "Oh yeah, I check all of your questions, comments, blah blah blah," when they really don't. But I DO, because it makes me happy. Writing to me isn't a job, it's a gift that comes from God or humanity or nature or whatever you believe in. Biased aside, everyone on here either has a love of reading or a love of writing. I luckily have both!

So to all of you: thank you so very much. It makes me cry to see all of you follow me and still have interest in my work. From sexual encounters between Rainbow Dash and Applejack or Spike being a drug dealer, you've been here and that's all I want. I want all of you right here so I can show you what I do. I'm a very approachable person as some of you already know, especially you guys who PM me and ask to do readings of my work, which I was greatly thankful for and I give you props on the wonderful work you've done in the video for Twilight Tries to Open a Bottle of Ketchup.

2014 is almost over and 2015 will be coming around the bend soon. I want you all to know that I'm not going to go anywhere far and I also want you to know that I'll always be here on the Internet if you wanna talk serious or personal. I'm not saying I'll be your shoulder to cry on, but I will be there to listen and give you advice.

So I'm the end, before I drift off into the cosmos of my unendingly infinite mind where my dreams happen, I'd like to say one final thing:

Not all those who wander are not lost. JRR Tolkien wrote that in the Fellowship of the Ring and it speaks true. Just because you aren't popular or cool, or write 'good' stories (quotes around 'good' because we ALL know that the reason POPULAR writers have a lot of views on their stories is because they got LUCKY). Luck is only one part of the recipe that makes you who you are, not selling out and writing the same old fucking shit over and over and over again!

Keep your head up, write what you love, accept criticism, if someone tells you a secret in business; that secret is a lie, and you have to fall down to get up.
