The Henry Trotter Series

"Henrietta “Henry” Trotter is an Animagi unicorn, a breed of pony that can perform magic while her best friend is a teenage girl who learns that she is part of the Homo Magica race, humans who also have magical abilities. Then one day while out running, Mallory finds an ancient amulet that changes both of their lives forever. Upon waking up, the two realize that they can communicate with each other and growing from Mal's forehead is a mysterious bump. To save her from the wrath of the humans who fear their new powers, Bumblehoof, headmare of Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, takes both filly and girl under her wing, bringing the two into the secret world of Equestria."

It was bound to happen. I love MLP and I love the Harry Potter series. Here is going to be my attempt at trying to combine the two worlds together to create an epic tale of amazing feats of magic, ground breaking secrets, and heart-pounding adventure, all wrapped up in what will hopefully be seven (yes you read that right) volumes. I will be asking for editors, pre-readers, and just asking anyone who has any ideas to contact me either by commenting on this or sending a PM my way. I simply need other things to focus on when writer's block hits for my other stories and this is the big baby so to speak in terms of length. Don't know when I'll be getting around to actually writing this out but I have ideas in the words and a general idea of where I want the series to go. At the risk of spoiling, I'll give out the current working titles I have for the series.
